bird flu....again....

The measures that helps to prevent everyone from being infected with bird flu , that is , usually from health experts , ought to be taken into consideration.These measures range from getting antiviral drugs and vaccines that helps in builing our rsistance against the bird flu to the wearing of mask to prevent the inhalation of the virus. there are 2 types of 'vaccines' so far, mainly the Tamiflu and the Relenza. Tamiflu comes in the form of a tablet that is to be taken twice for five days.In contrast , Relenza comes in the form of powder , mainly for inhalation purposes. A special device called a diskhaler is supplied with the medication.These are the very few vaccines that are effective against the avian flu virus.
Besides this ,The government had also stop importing infected poultry and birds to prevent further outspread of the virus. As hardworking as the government , the scientists had also been racing against time to find a 'cure' for the flu virus. As for the citizens, we should not get into close contact with birds as their saliva, nasal secretions, and faeces may contain the virus. Therefore , I think that we should take these measures into consideration or bad consequences would befall on us!
